The exhibition, organized by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, showcases the movement from the United States and throughout Europe with more than 300 objects—including furniture, ceramics, metalwork, textiles, and works on paper—borrowed from 75 institutions and private collections as well as from LACMA's own permanent collection. If you are inspired by the Arts and Crafts Movement, this is your opportunity to view some of the finest examples in the world. For more info, go to www.mam.org. Art Consignment: A Fine Cache A wonderful windfall has come our way and it is our great pleasure to offer it to you. Preservation Framing is very honored to be chosen by both artists and collectors to sell small art on consignment: works by English painters John Brett, A. W. Hunt and R. Cooper; a variety of academic figure drawings and studies; Japanese prints; and the fine travel photography of Richard Waswo. A few of Milwaukee's most talented artists will be bringing us select works as well. Finding art you love is always a bit of a treasure hunt. Please put us on your map for Galley Night & Day and beyond. |
